Tomorrow is a big day, itโs the day when I do a big Costco run in the evening. Costco is normally insane where I live but on election night everyone is glued to the TV so itโs the perfect night to go. One thing is guaranteed, no matter who wins, they are going to print like crazy. Prices are going up foreverโฆโฆ.probably on an exponential curve. There is no better time to load up on bulk essentials than 5 years ago but the the present moment will do.

I love these discussions when they come up. I used to work on rigs in the north sea. What a mess. Both at the same time. Drilling in meters (still measured daily progress as footage so reports read "footage: 75m"), pressures in psi, torque in footpounds and flow rates in GPM with bitsize in mm. People get so would up with these things, work in it, get a calculator and honestly, who cares! But seriously, metric is just easier. Decimalisation simplifies. Right, time to run, I need to buy a dozen eggs
