Had friends round for dinner last night. Grilled massive chunk of meat and around 30% left over. Same volume normally gone when we get it from normal butcher. That's the difference with proper grass fed high quality meat. It's literally that much more dense as well as fucking tasty that people are satisfied on nearly half their normal portion. Makes me reevaluate the higher cost
