Question for the health focused people here... Are there particular brands of contact lenses to get or avoid? Any particular ingredients I should watch out for?

@₿en Wehrman what do you know about the Buga Sphere? Supposedly dated to 10,000 years old coming from the younger dryas period. Yet it was supposedly found flying in the air Feb 2025, defying physics, and crashed. Its a solid metal alloy sphere and imaging says 18 concentric micro spheres inside with what seems like fiber optic connections. Among other oddities, it has somehow changed weight, emitted irregular energy pulses, and behaves intentionally/programmatically when hit with various electromagnetic and other stimuli. Parts of it are reported to glow when certain "circuits" are stimulated. The entire sphere is seamless with extremely precise carvings that look to be a mashup of ancient scripts. Hoax?
