The bread turned out very yummy. It's pretty dense, it has a sweet-ish flavor from the sorghum. I could have let it rise a bit more I think, but I'm okay with how it came out. Next time, less sorghum flour. #breadstr #winning #sometimestryingnewthingsworksout

I ended up adding plain flour and bread flour to the sorghum flour sourdough loaf. I had a gritty, gloopy mess and couldn't deal 😂. Note to self, use less next time. On the plus side, my starter LOVED it, Wormin' was hella active. I was never going for a gluten free loaf, just trying to use up the free flour I was given. I think it's going to be a dense loaf when it's all said and done. #breadstr
