Check out this open source lower extremity health protocol: www.runningapollo.com 🤙🏽
This keeps showing up in my zeitgeist. Might be time to try for a cleanse. How many days is a good starting point?
Extremely good advice. Best I’ve seen. I do things in 30 day trials myself to test something new but 90 days is also feasible (especially for carnivore). Great way to break old habits & create new/healthy ones. I like this guy 👆
Yeah, my problem with almost any diet is the pizza cravings 😂🍕
Pizza is probably the worst junk food a human could eat. It is both high in carbs and fat (never mix the two), but is relatively low in protein. It is also made with harmful seed oils.

It may be a for life for me... Been full time at it for 2.5 years, 3ish total... Still experimenting with 100% strictness vs. where I've been mostly steady with at about 95.8% strict.
In real napoli style pizza there aint no seed oil! Only some olive oil in the doe and in the tomato sauce🤨
Dr. Ken Berry is a force to be reckoned with. When I read his 2019 book, LIES MY DOCTOR TOLD ME I was ummediately hooked. He's since gone on to walk his talk by adopting a "proper human diet", i.e. a carnivore diet. Catch him and his lovely wife Neisha on Monday nights live on YT where they'll answer all your questions about this profound lifestyle!..🤎 (Maybe he'll even post the sessions here on Nostr!) I’ve been interested in this from hearing Jordan Peterson speaking about it for the last few years, and the effects on his family regarding health issues. More curious how this would affect a 40 year old in reasonably good shape with regular strength training (aimed at participating in various seasonal action sports) and regular intermittent fasting. It’s hard to imagine not including at least a variety of colorful veggies!

Been there, done that, got the tshirt, now it’s way too big and I’m happier.
Welcome to nostr Doc Berry! It's a bit of a social media elimination diet. 🤣 You get to decide what content that you consume over here. You can say whatever you want but nobody can be forced to read it & nobody can stop anybody else from reading it. 🤙

You'll die anyway. The point is the quality of life during your time on this planet.

After passing the carbs withdrawals you'll see pizza with other eyes.
Just be sure to check your ferritine/iron levels. If you have hemochromatosis, like me, combine it with making blood donations every 3 to 6 months and/or iron absorption blocking additions to your meals (green tea extracts, turmeric etc). Iron overload is a slow but steady killer…
Nostr is growing..

A #CarnivoreDiet is something every human should try for at least 90 days. Some need it as a reset/cleanse, and some need it for life.

People were actually healthier when they didn't know about proteins, fats and carbs.
