Feels like the intelligence layer of AI is starting to plateau. Since Opus, I haven’t seen a leap that makes me think LLMs are getting meaningfully “smarter.” There’s still runway in agents working together, synthesizing information, and managing physical hardware. But the models themselves? Feels like we’ve peaked.

Sometimes you don’t want to do the thing, but do it anyways. Keep on moving forward 🫡

Three Treasures (Taoist) Lao Tzu spoke of three treasures: compassion, frugality, and humility. All three connect to gratitude. Compassion extends the care we've received to others. Frugality is knowing we have enough. Humility is receiving life as gift. When we're thankful, we're already touching these treasures. Gratitude opens the door to all three. "I have three treasures which I hold and keep: compassion, frugality, and humility." — Tao Te Ching, ch. 67
