She's right but it wasn't until I shifted my beliefs that I found out how. Maybe it's how my brain works.
The choice for me was just to believe more empowering things.
I chose & continue to chose it all, was a big one.
It set off internal divergences within me. My mind couldn't reconcile it with some of my existing beliefs. I articulated those beliefs & they dissolved.
Now I'm able to see the benefit of being aware of the choices I make all day every day.
