What subcultures would you like to see migrate to nostr? (Doesn't have to be realistic. Don't say Bitcoiners lol).

Oh look mum no computer! I remember this guy. I used to follow him on YouTube years ago. Good stuff
Another channel I really enjoy is Hainbach. Lots of experimental music, unusual sound design and repurposing of vintage tech for creative music.

We need more atheists, people who are politically progressive, science nerds, cyclists(particularly the bike messenger community).
So bike messengers still exist? In the same way. They were really a thing weren't they. I know there's still that race through cities they do. Used to see a lot more of them about.

Yeah definitely not as active anymore. I think if anyone's still doing that work. It's food delivery, very few doing anything else. There might be a handful in any given city that's large enough transporting highly time sensitive legal papers, stuff like that, but that's probably it.
Need more lesbians. We get banned from most social media platforms by troons for saying that no lesbians like dick

Cooks/recipe sharing Hardware builders Book writers Kids content creators Historians Physics and math teachers Language bugs Carpenters Beekeepers
Gamers. Not because I'm particularly interested in their content, but because I think that once they discover the power of zaps they will bring them to an entire generation. The educational potential is huge.

Guns: they are heavy censored. They can’t advertise on traditional media. Many have been debanked or demonetized.

societal outcasts: nazis, racists, antisemites, pedophiles, …
Just enable Nostr bridge to Mastodon and you'll get more communism than you can handle. 😁
Music-centred subcultures like alt-rock, metal and DnB. Music is a great way to build community.

We need channel 5 on Nostr
Hmm you know what I mean, interests/groups/communities. But it's a good question. Do sub-cultures/underground/counter cultures exist? Probably most have been subsumed within the need industrial complex Marvel geek culture wojak png
I thought of more! The true garlic seed community, trying to breed garlic that actually produces seed instead of planting β€œseed garlic” cloves, which are clones of the parent plant. Landrace breeders and others who are actively creating hardy, adaptable or locally adapted varieties of crops or even livestock. I maybe see some of the second kind sometimes, but I don’t think I’ve seen any TGS people here yet.
There's this bone identification group on fb that would be great here. If for nothing else, because 7/10 answers there are "it's a racoon".

some are already here but all the legit alt-science/history stuff, i mean, atlantis, pyramids, uaps, space weather stuff, idk, also a lot of psychedelics people here already too, but there's a lot out there i wouldn't care to see, well, in any and all of those there is so much woo, but in any case one of the things they need is decent blogging tools and good streaming/conferencing stuff as well, with nostr as the coordination layer

none. dividing up the world into ideas, ideologies, etc. is just stereotyping people into arbitrary groups that are unreal. if you want to know a person, get to know the individual, don't asign people to groups or subcultures. they are not real. #genX #gaysagainstwokeism
nope. community is also more of the same. when I get home from πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ I'll post a story from my life about this. I know what you mean but... thinking people who all like something are all the same or belong to something... nope.

Also depends on soft neck vs hard neck. I always get them mixed up but one you can propogate from the bulnis (i think softneck) the other your best of saving some of the cloves over winter and replanting them.
I suspected as I wrote 'communties' you'd have a problem with lol. SOME People have interests, people want to talk about their interests, share information, engage in learning and actives around these interests. Obviously you're a cool lone wolf Ubermensch and I don't expect you to engage with other people about these things on a social media too, but some people do lol. Not you tho. You're proper cool.

There was some really good answers when I asked this a while ago, in case you're doing something with the responses ( starting a marketing campaign lol 🀞?) or maybe you're just curious too lol.
