Had the day off and I'm thinking about vibe coding a lightning tip jar. I made this one for @OpenSats. Scan the QR code, send a payment and it should go to the lightning address listed on the open sata profile. I did this by hand, including the #Bitcoin symbol, but I want the vibe coded version to print out a sticker bartenders can stick on their existing tip jar.

I'm using this for a new Tip Jar idea.

Upon further reflection, I tend to agree, especially given the way it is implemented. I didn't realize it was a single address. I got $5.00 worth of Bitcoin on chain. But I also saw the change address. That means we also know how much the sender has in that wallet. Lightning doesn't have that problem. A lot of people ask for donations using a single Bitcoin address. I would rather they have a lightning address or BTCpayServer. Silent addresses would be better. View quoted note →
