GM nostrichers... Got up early feeling ok, had a bit if a relpase yesterday. I thought I just had a viral summer bug. But I'm struggling to shake it. The symptoms are very very similar to the times I've had covid. Any ho, pottered about a bit, popped out for an hour on erands and came home to a cat being thrown amongst the pigeons. I have little faith in our political class, that's mainly because my interaction with people just reminds me they are shockingly ill informed about the world they live in. The damn burst. 10 days of blocked sinuses suddenly cleared as large chunks of god knows what came streaming out 🤮 The relif of the pain caused by the pressure was probably the best thing i've felt this year. Good Afternoon nostrichers 👋🏻 It's been awhile, hasn't it. Took a week off from social media, had a summer bug and sinus blockage which kept me pretty low energy all week. Last Saturday i spent asleep most if the day, but here we are 7 days later and the last of the bug us finally leaving my system. The wierd thing is, it feels like a complete reset and reboot of my base code.. Time will tell if the new programing sticks. #uk #brits #reset #reboot

Morning folks 👋🏻 Woke up this morning and for some reason I just wanted to curl up in the fetal position and let the morning slide... Suddenly snapped out of it after a couple of hrs and wrote 400 words. I'm ok but i've realised something. I think I need to start writing a task list either for the day or the week. I'm starting to get stuck in an endless loop of paralysis of analysis and its starting to really effect my motivation. So tonight after the fiat mine I'm going to sit down and plan my Next few days and kick my arse into gear. It's not stupid if it works.
