This worked for me 🔥 Restored in Wallet of Satoshi and it showed my balance correctly. Then the balance refreshed correctly in Primal 🙌

Just got hit with this. Not sure if it’s related, but I was sending zaps for feedback in a thread and noticed that the UI would show my zaps but it wouldn’t show up in my balance log.

You can restore in any spark wallet, including Blitz wallet, and you can use any of those LN address providers.

I have a 0 balance after showing 22,000+ the other day.
Showing zero balance.
Is Bitcoin dead? 😅 My balance shows zero as well.
Your options are to either restore in another spark wallet Wallet of Satoshi or just wait for this to be resolved on the Spark side.

Zero balance for me too.
So far all Primal users who encountered the zero balance problem were able to restore it in Wallet of Satoshi. After that, their Primal wallet started showing the correct balance.
If you tried this and it DIDN’T work for you, please respond in the comments here.
As a reminder, if you are affected by the zero balance issue, you don’t have to restore your wallet in WoS, you can simply wait for this to be resolved on the Spark side. Funds are not at risk.

@Blitz Wallet wallet. I created and funded a wallet in
@Wallet of Satoshi then restored it into Blitz then the balances started getting wonky. It would show the transactions but a 0 balance. If I moved between “accounts” on Blitz it would sometimes refresh correctly.
Eventually swept that WoS created wallet and started new in Blitz.
Seemed like it was something with how Spark and the WoS created seed were interacting.
Idk 🤷🏽♂️ the Blits team did some trouble shooting on it with me.
Calle please fix Spark (and Ark) by launching your own Spark Entity (anonymously lol) with others operators, BUT with blind signatures on top of it.

Instead of creating a new wallet you choose restore another wallet in WoS, enter your primal wallet private key and it should be ok.
Everyone's balance should be correct now. Please confirm.

Still 0 balance. Still possible to receive sats to Primal wallet.
I already have a WoS app on my iPhone with 311 sat balance which was registered with email. I logged out en restores with the same email account with no success.
Should I remove the WoS app?
Precisely. I'd even say that if you are a company to operate in this type of business you can't add privacy...
It has to be done by informal, anonymous organisations/entities that slowly build their reputation online IMO
