The bean soup is ready for Christmas Eve dinner. It’s the first time I’m making it instead of my mom (h/t to my father-in-law for teaching me the recipe). I think it turned out nearly perfect. Hope the others will enjoy it.
This traditional Bulgarian dish is always part of the Christmas Eve table. It’s also served year-round in Bulgarian monasteries, especially on fasting days. If you ever visit Bulgaria, make sure to try it — you won’t regret it.
