What doesn’t appear in the proof of work data, is during the morning weightlifting session I did 10 pull-ups and 15 dips between EACH SET. For my afternoon workout once the rain stopped I went to the local lake that has a paved walking trail, what doesn’t appear in the walking data is that I did 20 pushups every .1 of a mile, totaling 1,400 pushups. Not bad for a 45 year old construction worker who does mostly back breaking brick laying work.
