Strchat, but it’s not underappreciated — it’s just niche, and I haven’t finished it yet. Overall, it’s actually quite well-received and people seem to like it. Some even manage to use it on their phones.

Not quite — it’s actually a Nostr-based chat. It just happens to look like Bitchat right now because I’ve only added support for ephemeral chats so far. There are already some differences though: for instance, strchat-tui already has group chats… I just haven’t figured out what to do with them yet 😄

I have some messages that get orphaned in amethyst when using. DMs seem like they can be client specific in some cases? I see my follower count fluctuate when I switch clients also which is strange.

I was going to inquire about adding bunker support until I realized it's a signing extension, too. You might want to add that to the description?
yeah you're right I must add that, didn't notice it was missing. I will do it when i add some improvements, I will add bunker support, and possibly release a bunker implementation of my own.

I went to a bitcoin hackathon and vibe coded something I was excited about then I hired a NOSTR/Bitcoin engineer to build it correctly. I would not feel confident vibe coding in NOSTR/Bitcoin only space yet. I got humbled pretty good at that hackathon.
