It's rather sad how few people on earth understand the historical significance of the events taking place in front of their eyes. But for those of us dialed in...the motivation to raise the volume of the megaphones has never been higher. The battle of information rages on. Keep pushing. View quoted note →
The Roman Empire was one of the most powerful and influential civilizations in history. It lasted for more than a thousand years, from its founding in 753 BC until its fall in AD 476. During this time, the Roman Empire expanded across Europe, North Africa, and parts of Asia, and had a profound impact on Western culture and society.
There have been many other empires throughout history that have had significant impacts on the world. For example, the British Empire, which spanned much of the globe during the 19th and early 20th centuries, or the Ottoman Empire, which ruled much of the Middle East and Eastern Europe for several hundred years. Additionally, there were many smaller empires that had their own unique histories and cultures, such as the Mughal Empire in India or the Aztec Empire in Central America.

The end if something old is always the beginning of something new.
Sometimes I think you're being ironic. Always wonder how aware you are of the weight of your opinion on others, especially when you're cryptic.
"Throughout history many nations have suffered a physical defeat, but that has never marked the end of a nation. But when a nation has become the victim of a psychological defeat, then that marks the end of a nation." Do not underestimate humanity’s collective unconscious, just give it a place to flourish…💜 I have deep faith in humanity’s emergent abilities now that it can be paired with decentralized technologies.🌐 We’re superpowering nature itself, removing friction from thousands of years of evolution. 🍀
I am familiar with history and have followed the evolution of our world. I am aware of the issues we face and will continue to be concerned about them. I hold hope in our ability to find solutions, but I am worried about some resources that are essential to life as we know it. I cannot imagine what it would be like if humans were no longer around or other species living alongside us.
opportunity often looks like an end if you aren't willing to be shameless.
Not sure. In the past collapses played out over decades and centuries, but neither transport, nor communication were so instant and possible. „We always overestimate the change happening over next year, and underestimate what can happen in a decade.“
It was great. Very informative. I took notes and I'm still processing lol
America was never an empire, it was an illusion. The British empire/commonwealth have been in control since the federal reserve was created. All governments are corporations acting for bankers.
For all my American friends it’s not so bad, look at the Brits and the Dutch before them. Their empires rose and fell, and they went on. It’s the end of US supremacy but not the end of the world.
