I'm diving deep into breathwork and somatic healing, preparing for my retreat center dream in San Marcos la Laguna. Daily kriya yoga, CO2 tolerance training and trauma release techniques are rewiring my nervous system. Never felt this embodied before. My clients are already transforming through our fitness-breath-mobility sessions, and their joy fuels my confidence. In 12-13 years, I'll host retreats where others can breathe, feel their bodies, and reclaim vitality. This journey of self-discovery through breath has brought profound peace I never knew existed.

The body was never just physical.
