10x-ing your personal agency would mean radically increasing your ability to shape your own life, take control of your decisions, and act with unstoppable momentum. Here’s what that could look like: 1. Extreme Ownership – You stop blaming external factors entirely. Every problem in your life, even those caused by others, becomes something you take responsibility for solving. • Example: Instead of complaining about a bad job or relationship, you immediately take action—quitting, negotiating, setting boundaries, or creating something better. 2. Relentless Decision-Making – You make decisions faster and with more confidence. No more waiting for perfect clarity; you trust yourself and course-correct along the way. • Example: If you’re unsure about a business idea, you don’t spend months overthinking. You launch, test, iterate, and refine based on real feedback. 3. Maximized Self-Efficacy – You fully believe in your power to accomplish anything. Obstacles don’t make you hesitate; they fuel you. • Example: Instead of doubting whether you can learn a new skill, you immerse yourself in it until mastery is inevitable. 4. Unshakable Conviction – You stop seeking external validation. Your internal compass dictates your actions, not social pressure or fear of judgment. • Example: If you believe Bitcoin is the future, you build your life around that belief, regardless of critics. 5. Preemptive Action – You don’t wait for life to happen to you. You anticipate problems, solve them before they arise, and create opportunities before they’re needed. • Example: Instead of waiting for a financial crisis to remind you to be prepared, you structure your wealth and assets proactively. 6. Radical Self-Discipline – You become immune to distractions and emotional impulses. Your daily actions align with your long-term goals with near-perfect consistency. • Example: No more “I’ll start tomorrow.” You execute daily, whether it’s fitness, learning, or building. 7. Mastery Over Emotions – You control your emotions instead of them controlling you. Anxiety, doubt, and fear don’t dictate your actions; you override them with logic and action. • Example: If you feel hesitant to make a big move, you acknowledge the fear but don’t let it stop you. 8. Network Leverage – You stop trying to do everything alone. You build high-value relationships and use collective power to multiply your impact. • Example: Instead of struggling solo, you surround yourself with top performers and create value together. 9. Obsessive Execution – You move at 10x speed. What takes others a year, you accomplish in a month by eliminating waste and focusing on the highest-value actions. • Example: Instead of daydreaming about a screenplay, you finish a first draft in a few weeks and refine it through rapid iterations. 10. Freedom From the Default Path – You stop living according to pre-set societal scripts. You design your own reality with no limits. • Example: Instead of following a conventional career path, you engineer a life that aligns perfectly with your deepest convictions. If you had 10x your current agency, you would feel like a force of nature—relentless, unshakable, and utterly in control of your destiny. What’s holding you back from that level now?

Was not ready for this deep of thinking on a Saturday night, but man that was awesome. Thank you for sharing sir 🫡 All I can say is thank God for Bitcoin and the fact that it gives us a leg up on taking back that level of control in our lives
keep up this inspirational shit. but more importantly, get physically in front of other men and inspire even harder. To find this in a local context go suffer outside with other dudes: It's completely free and open to all men and peer led and always outside and ends in a circle of trust. Nostr is cool and all but dudes need to get together in real life to get shit done.
Imagine using Atomic Habits and pursuing excellence by improving ~1% per day. I know that’s a tall order; hear me out. You would 10x your life in less than 7 months! Seven months!! The compounding effects are spectacular.

The only thing holding me back from that level right now is my own self-doubt and fear of negative potential outcomes caused by my actions. One of the most challenging aspects to my mind is that I do my best to calculate all possible outcomes to any situation I am presented with. Over time I believe I have falsely become addicted to something else far worse than any drug. The feeling of constant fear and the stress of living life. The actual chemical reactions caused by my own negative thoughts causes me to take two steps forward and three steps back. Even though they are undesirable feelings and emotions that truly haunt me. I have become addicted to the habit of always thinking and speaking negatively in order to feel them in the majority of my waking moments This must be stopped now. If you have any resources for mastering your own thoughts and emotions. So that I can stop accessing the physical chemical reactions as a side effect of negative thinking please let me know. I have been studying stoicism, but I need more information to help me battle decades of betrayl, PTSD, justifiable paranoia, and a variety of excuses. Which my mind constantly beats me over the head with daily. That stops me from becoming who I know in my soul I was truly always meant to be.
You seem like the only one who actually thought about HODL’s post. What’s stopping us? Is it that easy? If all that was easy we’d be friggin utopia angels by now. Life is hard and converting bad habits is harder. Still though, I give you (HODL) props for looking in the right direction. Gotta have the conversation.

Or just eat some protein, lift weights, and start jiu jitzu. No need to pay for what may or may not be “safe and effective” T shots and all that other shit they wanna sell ya.
For me, it's the distinction between motivation and intention. Motivation is fleeting and unreliable, while intention is the steady, unyielding commitment to a particular outcome. We often wait for perfect motivation to take action, but it's the decision to act that truly matters. Don't wait for motivation. Focus on developing your intention. Decide what you want to achieve and commit to taking action, regardless of obstacles. It's not about feeling like a force of nature; it's about becoming one.

Like to think I’m on that 10x path , great post 👌
You may try reading Michael Singer or Peter Ralston books. The key idea is to just observe your thoughts, don't label them, don't keep focusing on a thought, just acknowledge it and let it go. Easier said than done, I know. But I do think it helps me. When a thought arises, let it go and come back to the breath or focus on what you hear or see, or go back to what you are doing.

Ah copy. I think the T business is suspect. Yes some people need it for medical reasons for sure. But my understanding is once you are on it, you can’t really stop because your body becomes depends on it and stops producing it. So it is a hell of a business to get into! I bet one stop shopping ozempic and testosterone injections are just around the corner. High time preference fitness plan right there!
I agree with you, that said there’s definitely something in the environment that’s causing testosterone levels to fall. Maybe microplastics? Idk so I don’t judge anyone for taking trt.

I am judgy by nature so it’s tough for me; and I would only do it pseudonymously on social media of course. I also got talked into to taking a free testosterone level test (shocker I was ‘low’) and got on TRT for a few weeks with zero research. They put me on some other stuff as well to reduce my dependency on the synthetic testosterone. So 2 new substances in my body for life. I didn’t feel un-masculine, weak, depressed or anything beforehand, I just thought “why not optimize my performance and fitness?” Then I finally studied it and realized I just didn’t need it and was signing up for life essentially. So I bailed. I also shoot from the hip with little info to back up my statements. This is just anecdotal. But it left a scammy impression on me. I just see it at as being used as a quick fix, get rich kick, shitcoin type of deal. Made me think the whole ‘masculinity movement’ was a psyop to sell shit via podcast ads. Caveat is there are very valid medial and age related reasons for folks to TRT. If it makes one’s life better, then go for it.
I’ve never taken steroids but I think it’s a good heuristic to never get a testosterone test from someone selling you testosterone.

Kinda like having a portfolio review from a financial advisor. I only learn by doing. Blessing and a curse.

Well said, I am on that journey now and will continue it. In 3 weeks I have quit smoking permanently. Lost 20lbs and started eating healthy, (Mainly meat!). Created a budget for the first time in my life and a plan with actionable tactics to achieve the habits necessary to become free. BTC is the future! You are 100% correct about building your life around it. Actions not intentions create results!

I'd add, doing this without government intervention would allow you to 20x.
To continue on this thought, do a vipassana retreat. The cost nothing but your time. 9 days of complete silence and meditation acts as a sort of deep surgery on your brain. I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have extreme psychological disorder; eg schizophrenia.
