Trying to STAY ON THE PATH : April : Booze : Zero Running : 174 km Biking (Indoor trainer) : 168 km 1 Hand KB swings : 1,086 Turkish get-ups : 80 KB Squats : 95 Sauna : 251 minutes Push-ups : 4504 (was doing 220+ a day for first 10 days, but an old jiu-jitsu injury staring niggling so brought it back down to 100-120 a day. 17,490 year to date, so well ahead of schedule for 36,000 annual goal).

Feeling unstoppable this year. Super low carb. Loads of fatty red meat. No alcohol in 2026. (Only 2 days of glass of wine in last 100). Training consistently. No brain fog. Little social media - only nostr. Let’s get after it!
