To be ignorant of Scripture is to be ignorant of God. St Ignatius of Antioch looked forward to being fed to the lions in the name of God not because he was crazy or because he had fuzzy feelings about Jesus after listening to a Christian rock song. Only someone that truly knows Jesus and believes He was God would say this about his impending execution: “I am God’s wheat, and I shall be ground by the teeth of wild beasts, so that I may become the pure bread of Christ.” We don’t get the luxury of being disciples of the Apostle John, but we have access to the Word of God. Don’t lose the plot by getting too caught up on worldly nonsense, including Bitcoin.

Anyone else terminally over Bitcoin podcasts? Unless it’s about a technical discussion I couldn’t care less. I have become allergic to people repeating the same thing over and over and over again. I don’t need your washed out pep talk (no offense). I feel like after 3 or so years you should have learned what you need to about money and macro and just move on with your life after that.

I’ve been watching a lot of debates lately about points of disagreement between Catholics and Protestants, as well as stories from Protestants who have converted to Catholicism. Naturally, I find the arguments from the Catholic Church to be more persuasive and true. Still, I decided to hear the “other side,” meaning testimonies from people who have converted from Catholicism to Protestantism. I literally couldn’t find a single video on YouTube. The closest I came were videos from people explaining why they are not (or not yet) Catholic. If and when RedeemedZoomer finally joins the Church, it’s a wrap. Surely, there are people leaving the Catholic Church, but from my point of view, both in real life and from what I’ve seen on YouTube and social media, the number of people who leave after doing a deep dive into Church history and remain unconvinced that the Holy and Apostolic Catholic Church is the one true Church seems minuscule.

Race and Religion have a much greater impact on society than money I would rather live in Japan or Sweden with fiat money over living in Nigeria or India under a Bitcoin Standard Time to put down the orange colored glasses and see the whole picture

People grossly overestimate how many of our problems will be solved by Bitcoin. It’s kind of striking how naive people are. Switzerland is not a better and more beautiful place to live than Atlanta or Chicago because the Swiss frank has less inflation than the dollar.
