Should Amethyst Drafts automatically expire in 1 year by default? Or 90 days? Defaults matter. 99% of people will never change this setting.

Maybe set a lower timeout and have a first time warning before deleting, in case they expected it to save forever. The warning could show the time limit so they learn what it is and it could have an option to disable or set the time limit.
Automatically flag the client as having done the prompt so it never shows again.
30 days, with the option for longer. Thanks for adding the drafts section, I would always forget where I started making a draft note. Apparently by the number of drafts I had I either think about my posts too long or they don't post when tried. My draft list was huge and some of them I swear I sent...
90 days is plenty. Probably sometime between 1 and 4 weeks would be the more than most people need

Having Default in system is the best thing Dev can set. Whateever unpredictable faults occured , its nice to get back to default , without torn down the whole architexture .
🤔 90 days seems more than enough as default Imo amethyst image uploads should post at the end of a message not where the cursor happens to be. The image upload button should also become disabled when it's uploading, very easy to post multiple times.
send a notification to the user after 90 days is over and offer them to download their drafts so they could back them up themselves other option is to have it set up with a note amount/memory cap, so the user will have to prioritise and manage themselves on which ones to keep and which ones to delete. has an obvious upsell option too

Why isn't this post a poll?! Underutilized feature IMHO
Never for me. I have notes and thought fragments old months already and I would like to get back to them sometime or when the right moment emerges...
30 días creo que son más que suficientes. Si no has publicado la nota en 30 días, probablemente no lo hagas nunca

I would go with 30 days but warn the user that their drafts are being deleted soon
