There’s a very famous Spanish psychiatrist (Marian Rojas ICYI) who writes educational books and is very active on social media, and most of her work focuses on hormones, their triggers and their manifestations, especially in emotions, mood and mental and physical health.
Very educational, she does an amazing work.
In one of her books she mentions that when parents ask her at what age should they give their children a mobile phone, her answer is “when you think their brains can handle porn”
She then says 16-17 should be a good compromise in todays society, but from a neurological development standpoint, apparently it should be at least at 25
