Technological optimism in current dark age.
I think best thing for now is not to run anything, to not expose any service to the internet. Maybe a very simple LN setup on a VPS with a few dollars to have fun with zaps and ln but nothing beyond that. Isolate your IOT crap too, since those can be hacked. Do not run anything that can sign transactions on the same computer you browse the internet. Don’t care how you do it if you use hw wallet or an offline computer. Just don’t. Nowadays they are putting exploits in Steam games.
So aparently Spice and Wolf Season 2 will happen in November.

The reliance on e-mail killed buzz.xyz to me. The thing already has Nostr support why rely on signing to a website? Seems backwards. Also the confirmation e-mail never arrives.
A few devices for intranet services and a full bitcoin node. These have plenty of power and memory, can use nvmes and only need an ethernet cable with PoE to work. Not even PoE+
I left a relay 2 hours without filters and the database filled with thousands of posts. Funnily enough most spam is monero related.
Kimi is really good. For SaaS models there doesn’t seem to be a point in using safemaxxed US models. As for the Chinese political censorship I don’t think you should be discussing politics with LLMs.
My take on the dice entropy thing. Unless you arrive at the same result using two different software the "just roll dice bro" recommendation is as fail prone as trusting the Coldcard RNG. In the Coldcard case there was a TRNG but it wasn't being used. What guarantees your dice rolls are not being ignored on your new system of choice?
MK3 survivor here. I’m guessing my wallet wasn’t as juicy as those 500 bitcoins. In any case all good for now. I did it in a hurry so to hell with coin control. I need a new solution. Any suggestions? I’m also not sure if something open source that someone can throw against an AI agent is a good idea for generating keys in this day and age. I’ll probably throw some dice.
