This is not even true. My son started using an ipad at the age of one. He got it when it was on the table, started playing, was able to find YouTube and somehow found some kids songs about letters and number. Without any external intervention he learned to read and type, started searching planets stuff, human body learning songs. It all was ruined when at the age of 8 he met a family friend that was 11 that flooded his playlist with soccer, stupid stuff, idiot videos. It's not Internet the issue, it's the IQ, what they see around them, how they are treated.
