Definitely agree on a high quality knife. I'd change: - Quality whole house water filter. - Ergonomic mouse and keyboard.
Not a money spending one, but this spends more time than most other ways people get their coffee and doesn't poison you: Invest in all glass/stainless steel coffee making and use organic beans and grind them yourself. My personal favorite is the pour over method but french press may be better for some with a higher time preference.

I like Victorinox for decent quality at relatively low cost, so I can experiment with sharpening technique and not feel bad when I ruin the edge 😄 Naniwa whetstones
I'm still debating the squat/power rack purchase. I live in a first floor flat/apartment so im concerned about the noise for my neighbours below. And dropping the weight through the floor 🤣🤣

Gaming laptop. Mobile phone. Gaming chair.
I do this two to three times a week. I throw the meat in before leaving the house in the morning. When I come back for lunch, I take it out and cook it on high heat for one minute and thirty seconds on each side, and it's perfectly done. It's the quickest way to make steak. The eggs take longer. 🤣
