Gm Sorry I’ve been so quiet I tore some ligaments in my foot And broke a couple of bones in it just to be sure 💀 For me this is actually what burn out looks like. Every time I push work and stress too hard, it’s my body that gives up on me first. I had a panic attack during the MRI scan to confirm that I am indeed totally utterly butterly burnt out. Gm 🌞 Just had the classic moment I get once a week when i receive first draft of a video back from an editor and I’m like “Fuuuuack this is unwatchable, wtf was I doing, why is this wrong - my god this doesn’t make sense, etc.” It’s like getting a jigsaw puzzle and throwing it out a second floor window onto the garden below then trying to piece it together.
