Why don’t we drink raw human milk as adults? Animal milk just seems so wrong. I drink it. I understand the benefits. But it’s still freaky as shit IMO. I don’t do goat milk though.

mmmmm, yum. Had so much raw goat milk in Guatemala last month. My fav. soooo good.
it's really really hard to find a supply of this stuff it's the best though and there is more dairy goats in the world by a far magin than dairy cows they are a major food source of humans outside the western bubble also, the meat from these animals is fantastic. like sheep, but a little more tasty

I've recently been made aware that one of the only ways to detoxify PFAs forever chemicals from the body is through breast milk... which is why it unfortunately (as it's so freaking crucial) may be toxic to offsprings. I'd be curious to see some testing for Pfas done on dairy products... as if this theory is correct and animals are exposed to PFAs just by living on Earth rn that might be their detoxing mode. Probably not your cup of milk but if you get inspired maybe do a test experiement?! I'd be curious of the results.

Male goats are quite testicular. My uncle kept goats as pets. I ❤️ their eyes on each side of their heads.

They sell goats milk at the local green market on the weekends. And Caribbean folks around here always talk about curried goat being so delish.
Goat cheese is so good with drued fruits and toast or crackers...... 🤔😁
Jack there is no need to fall for every scam out there. Milk is way too high in calcium for adults to consume. Milk is not Paleo, Carnivore or Keto. Whey is OK as it has proper calcium / magnesium balance. Butter is OK. Most dairy is not. @Lyn Alden
small children though should ABSOLUTELY consume milk ( preferably their mother's ). no "formula" or any of that BS.

The idea of drinking goat milk may sound weird in the West. However it’s very common in India and Nepal. Goat milk has many nutritional benefits and it acts as a medicine for many diseases.

I heard Giraffe milk is pretty dope too
they do sell goats milk if raw isn’t accessible. not everyone is able to access local dairy that easily. i get raw dairy from a local market, but it’s so expensive. it’s a luxury that not everyone can afford.
I only started a few months back. It seriously is one of the most delicious things I consume. Pasteurized Sucks . #AajonusVonderplanitz
again, you’re right but it’s inaccessible rn. you said my take was an L take, when i was trying to help ppl who are unable to get raw milk, have access to goats milk. raw or not. still good.
Yesh your original comment made it seem you were talking about Raw. I only replied in a way because it took me forever to find a real raw milk source. Drinking any milk is still better than 0 milk so I understand what you are saying. Need to try goats milk never had it 🐐
i understand, i should’ve clarified that it was just goats milk not raw. either way still good for you, and better than regular dairy. they now sell goats milk butter too! it’s delicious i used it for my garlic butter steak and mashed potatoes. i think you’d love it. my mom made me and my brothers drink goats milk growing up, since it’s the only milk she drank growing up. It’s delicious,i just wish it was easier to access in the us. in iran it’s basically the only milk you can get, and pasteurization isn’t a thing.
No I kinda prefer Raw Milk taste over kefir. I’ve had both.
