Jack there is no need to fall for every scam out there.
Milk is way too high in calcium for adults to consume.
Milk is not Paleo, Carnivore or Keto.
Whey is OK as it has proper calcium / magnesium balance. Butter is OK. Most dairy is not.

small children though should ABSOLUTELY consume milk ( preferably their mother's ).
