Blueprint of Walt Disney’s defunct St. Louis Disneyland. It would’ve been located in the riverfront, but due to Budweiser’s ridiculous aggression towards Walt, it was cancelled. Now in its place lies a highway. I often think of what STL would look like today if it was actually made, North St. Louis would be a bustling hub of tourism instead of a crumbling neighborhood left to rot.

My greatest hope is that downtown St. Louis can once again be a thriving U.S. city. Downtown St. Louis deserves to reclaim its place as a major American city, it is truly capable of rivaling Chicago, but is rather being used as a prop for political fear-mongering

So excited to bring a newspaper stack to the coffee shop I wrote a feature on! Northwest Coffee is such a lovely gem of STL.
