On section about private bitcoin banks I would prefer @npub10efc...aeh3 instead of Cashu.
iOS does not allow an app to install other apps, unless you get permission by Apple. It should be possible in Europe and I will attempt it at some point but don't hold your breath.

3 is irrelevant because we are using passphrases.
4 is a trust thing. If the person who would be inheriting the sats can't be trusted to not steal everything from you, maybe they don't deserve them. Alternatively, maybe you only reveal a portion of your stack (emphasis again on having multiple wallets).
There are no perfect solutions, only different approaches.
