I'll preface by saying I haven't seen it since childhood, but Darkness Falls scared the fuck out of me back then.
Horror is a tough genre though. I tend to prefer some crossover so it isn't so ridiculous.

I can’t say that it’s not cheesy but The Human Centipede was pretty disturbing as well as Dread. I can’t say that I enjoyed them(not my fave genre), but they were memorable nonetheless
