So you don’t think fruit is good for you at all? Just became aware of how it spikes your glucose levels like crazy, it is really that bad? Does the glucose spikes always outweigh the benefits of fruit? What about fruit after fiber / protein / fats ?

You guys were right, fasting is easier after being on carnivore. Almost 60 hours in and still not hungry. I never could have done that on the SAD diet.
How many centenarians live on permanent keto with meat only, is the valid question to raise. Most of centenarians live on plant only or plant dominated diet. Meat only life may not be optimized for longevity. Throughout the millions of years humans had been eating all sorts of food and it surely is a complex system that can handle fruits and plants on cyclical phases.
The human race did not evolve without meat, fruit was only ever seasonal, not available year round like now.
