Meat production aims for tender meat and fast growth. There's no carbs in meat. And yes, there is a good chance that domesticated cows are less healthy than wild animals but I never heard of anything except for hormones and antibiotics fed to cows for growth. Genetically, life stock might grow fast but has essentially the same composition as other animal species.
How natural is sugar when 10k years ago there was no fruit in the world with the sugar content of today's fruits. When you further extract and concentrate that natural sugar, is it still natural?

Answer seems to be somewhere inbetween. Fructose is toxic when it hits the liver. Fortunately, some fructose can be broken down in the small intestine before it “spills over” into the liver. For a hypercarnivore, I’d say a 0.25g-0.5/kg per day of fructose is the upper limit. You can learn all about it here
Curious how we know what the concentration of sugar in a blueberry was thousands of years ago. Regardless, sugar is the optimal metabolic energy source.
