I installed nostr after that video. It's pretty cool.
I don't think presenting Nostr as a means to evade democratic justice (as alluded by the reference to Durov's legitimate prosecution) shines a positive light on the protocol.
What is “democratic justice”
Whatever the majority says kills you
Durov's prosecution isn't legitimate, you are not responsible for illegal uses of your product, that's pretty obvious if you think about it.
About that democratic justice, what does that means? You mean whatever comes out of a voting box is justice? Adolf Hitler came out of a voting box. Justice is justice.
