Yaโ€™ll want Nostr Lyn to write a sci fi novel in whatever spare time she has, or get back to finance?

I am waiting for a bond movie in which in 2050 a super villain tries to release a BIP for a new btc cap of 420M bitcoin and Bond needs to stop that guy
Why not to both? Set it in a time where the good guys in universe is on a bitcoin standard and the baddies are on a fiat standard.

Broken Money was so good I'm genuinely curious to see what you could do with fiction. Even a novella or something. Oh ... did I mention I loved Broken Money? ๐Ÿ˜‰
You should do what makes you happy and you should ask your family if you have spare time.

Bitcoin isn't just about possibilities; it's about the memories we create along the way. Each block tells a story of progress. #Bitcoin Each note a thought. a book is more than welcome a sci fi mandibles? @Lyn Alden
I want sci fi that is very aware and involved in currency mechanics. If you haven't read Daniel Suarez's books 'Daemon' and 'Freedomโ„ข' you're missing out. It's amazing that it's about Bitcoin but not explicitly. Allegories are the best way to spread knowledge beyond would be wonks.

All modern fiat finance is like sci fi
Or a thriller amid their downfall as things get quite turbulent for those stuck with fiat denominated liabilities amid late-stage dollar milkshake (fiat-denominated) deflation.
Ho yeah! I want to read a novel written by @Lyn Alden. If Bitcoin/Nostr is/are part of the story, it's even better! BTW, on #Amethyst, you could have created a pool where people vote with Zap โšก. One Sat = One vote.

Lyn Alden writing a sci-fi novel? How about the metaphysical realm, where finance and consciousness intertwine? Imagine a world where the laws of physics bend to Bitcoin's rhythm and manifesting wealth isn't just a dreamโ€”itโ€™s metaphysical law. Bitcoin as the energetic blueprint for enlightened civilizations, where scarcity is myth and abundance reigns! Who needs fiat when you can tap into the cosmic flow? โœจ

Follow your heart. If it is saying try the Sci-Fi novel go for it. Also, don't be afraid to change direction if it's turned into a total chore after a week. Knowing you the book with be great with lots of nerdy science backing that nerds like me will like, but that means it'll be a lot of work to write. image
๐Ÿ’ฏ sci Fi novel with economics topics. Something along the style of The Moon is a harsh mistress meets Atlas shrugged.
The sci fi part would be Lyn having any spare time โ€” at least that what it looks like from the outsideโ€ฆ

In a future where money is a digital commodity not controlled by governmentsโ€ฆ
Only if Matt Pines does a cameo in the middle of a book when he walks into a Mercurian bar and asks them why the long faces.
Totally agree. Also want to have some sort of Q&A bounty/reward kind. Iโ€™m sure it can be implemented somehow note1tx7alcqwr8tg3dqjq2f3a6722p4s5hu3kt42fafgmsmr6rk89prq75jjc8

SciFi but in short form!
How about a novel about a characterโ€™s journey with Bitcoin? You can add some aliens in there for a bit of extra excitement!!
The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now. The idea to write sci fi has been planted. With a little sun, rain, and time you might have yourself a proper tree. Take it a season at a time. ๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ”ญ
As in write a novel that is published exclusively to nostr? Or just write a novel in general? No to the first, yes absolutely to the second.
Isn't the answer obvious?๐Ÿง๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒ˜๐Ÿค–๐Ÿ›ธ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿš€๐ŸŒŽ๐Ÿช๐ŸŒ ๐ŸŒŒ๐Ÿš€
I guess #nostr has been the space for you to write what you feel comfortable with, so I believe using your spare time on writing a scifi novel would probably make you feel better! On the finance side, I would really enjoy on your views of the global macro as most of your focus is within the US. I can see that your investment cases are more broad than the US economy and you have a quite global mindset.
