Oops I forgot to share 😅 - here are my last 2 days: Monday 8 k run and explored the area (more than 60 min 😌😂)
Tuesday: 8 km cycling + Olympic weightlifting 60 min class + 60 min hyrox class
Wednesday: 60 min CrossFit class,☺️

Day 3 of #31days
bodyweight, kettlebells (finally added a Jefferson curl), mobility.
This is fun and I'm feeling good! I've never quite worked out like this before, but I'm basically doing 5-15 minutes of exercise throughout the day until I get to the hour.
I'm hoping for a full split on at least one side by the end of the month but I'm still a good 8 inches away. I'll get closer for sure.

I did this for the first time in October and it forced me to find new exercises to do because I was running out of workouts early in the week.
I also went a little too hard to start so I had to rotate to body parts I don't always use. Walking is your friend. 😁

I played around with some new kettlebell exercises, did more Jefferson curls, lots of bodyweight work, about 20 minutes of mobility

Easier day today - walks, including some hill climbs.
Day 6 check-in (forgot to update last night)
I mixed things up yesterday by doing a YT calisthenics video along with my usual kb and bodyweight (45 minutes total). Good to be challenged with some new moves! 15-20 minutes of mobility as well.

Hey everyone! This is check-in for Days 7 and 8
Yesterday I did a similar mix to what I've been doing since the start (various kettle bell and bodyweight exercises with some mobility work at the end of the day) but I tweaked my back a bit and went easier today - long walk, including a few hills.

Checking in for days 9 and 10
My back was hurting Monday but much worse yesterday - I think I overdid something on Sunday - so day 9 was pretty much a wash but I did some gentle movement just to keep in the spirit of things.
A bit better today, but will stick to walking - about 20' done so far and about to go out for a longer walk now.

My back is on the mend but I'm still moving fairly slowly, so I'm sticking to walks for now - but I've been doing several long-ish walks every day. I haven't been timing, but probably more than an hour total.
Every walk counts
I've been slacking on the check-ins but not on the exercise! It's been walks only for the past week and I hit an hour or more except for our coldest day where the ice made things treacherous. I tried to supplement with bodyweight exercise but definitely didn't hit the hour on Saturday! Otherwise I'm good, and finally ready to pick up my kettlebell again.
