Glad you're working it in throughout the day! I did this for the first time in October and it forced me to find new exercises to do because I was running out of workouts early in the week. I also went a little too hard to start so I had to rotate to body parts I don't always use. Walking is your friend. 😁 Excited to see what we can learn from each other this month.
Haven't been posting updates, but have been smashing my days. Weds - long walk Tues - long walk Mon - Functional Training + walk Sun - long walk Sat - HiiT + walk Day 12 of no booze too. 5 days into carnivore. Keep going 💪💪
I just realized that I haven't checked in for days! #31days My back is on the mend but I'm still moving fairly slowly, so I'm sticking to walks for now - but I've been doing several long-ish walks every day. I haven't been timing, but probably more than an hour total.
I've been slacking on the check-ins but not on the exercise! It's been walks only for the past week and I hit an hour or more except for our coldest day where the ice made things treacherous. I tried to supplement with bodyweight exercise but definitely didn't hit the hour on Saturday! Otherwise I'm good, and finally ready to pick up my kettlebell again. #31days
