99 cents only stores going out of business. Goodwill has been a mess, with some locations not offering dressing room and/or bathroom and exchange only/no refund and within a shorter window. Now they are rounding to the dollar without even asking the customer. Sure, that's just a penny or 5 for one person, but it's a whole lot for goodwill. That's straight theft, nah robbery, in my opinion.
