Last June, I could walk about 2,000 steps (less than 1 mile/1.5 km) without my right foot getting painful. I started adding 500 steps (almost) every month.
Now, one year later, I can walk 8,000 steps/3.5 miles/5.5 km a day without pain in my foot.π
