pillow to high? neck pain. Worked out? neck pain. Sat at a desk too long looking at a monitor? neck pain!
If your liver is congested your pectoral muscles will keep pulling down and forward your shiulders and hunching you over which could be a case for neck pain. No amount of chiropractic adjustment or massage would help long term other than supporting and decongesting your liver.
