"Garbage in. Garbage out." It was never a problem of not enough information. World will be a better place with AI, but people will not benefit from it equally, same as they don't benefit equally from having a smart device in their pocket.

People don't want knowledge. People want to be right.
I never met a database without errors. AI is trained on databases. I've never met a person without faults. AI is designed by people.
The device might have access to a large body of knowledge, but it also has access to even more misinformation and disinformation and fake news. All of which are almost indistinguishable from "knowledge".

Here's hoping AI will help people to be wrong even more often.
Access to information is not knowledge. Understanding information and it's application is knowledge.

Human knowledge is influenced by beliefs, fears, and preconceived ideas. We know a lot less than we think we do, and much of what we claim to know is wrong.
