#coffeechain GM My red cup is in the wash.

#coffeechain GM Saturday means I'm not clocked in for the fiat master. I will spend it winterizing the RV. #coffee tastes better when my time belongs to me.

#dogstr #runstr #proofofsteps Yukon is 13 now and not moving like he was when he was a pup. He only wanted to do a mile today. To finish, I jumped on the treadmill and and completed an additional 2.8 miles. Normally Yukon and I run 2-5 miles 3x a week. We don't always turn on the clock. Usually we do this on a trail with elevation, roots, rocks and run a leisurely 12-14 minute pace. On the treadmill I did a sub 9 minute mile. Before you say "WTF, that's slow." let me just say in a couple weeks I will be entering my 7th decade of life. Should I shoot for a sub 8 minute pace? @ 17 I could run a Cooper (1.5 miles) sub 9 almost sub 8.

#coffeechain GM Bottom of the morning to you. The fiat mine has accelerated work, yet the value I get depreciates with inflation. Just this year we are dealing with much more sophisticated exploits. E.G. Instructure, Citrix, and Apache PHP. It's really hard to move projects forward when you are trying to keep the lights on. Anyway, sitting down with a hot cup of coffee and a sense of mindfulness puts the important things in perspective.

#coffeechain GM Looking forward to the day with #coffee and attitude. Post notes and other stuff through relays.

OK as of this moment it is unanimous. Beans belong in chili. View quoted note →

#coffeechain GM No fire today. It was warm enough yesterday to keep the house warm all night and today the temps will sta warm into the evening. I will light one after sunset.
