Attention retards *jingles keys*.
What do you think is going to happen to Strategy, procedurally. You apparently believe the company is a fraud or that Saylor is doing something unlawful. I want to know what you think, procedurally, is going to happen. BK? Dissolution?

Nothing, he won't be able to buy as much, may have to sell some corn at unfavorable prices to cover dividends, or suspend dividends on strc which will probably kill future confidence in such a product

Heckin' shzodah.
This gets partway to what I'm driving at. The people this post was directed at the people strokin' it to the MSTR fud, just vibrating with exuberance, tumescent swollen genitals throbbing in sync with the ticker tickin' but their release is far less imminent than they think.
None of them have spent a single second considering what happens next.
Literally nothing. The market will settle, btc will eventually go up, and STRC and MSTR are going to go back up, a lot.
It's such basic math.
The only thing that might happen is if the stock stays low the strategic bitcoin reserve hypothetical could play out with MSTR being nationalized, but that's still a remote scenario.
Somehow they will get a government bailout
nothing to strategy. something will happen to the "investors" - lots of hurt.
Okay okay, retard reporting in...
I have no facts to back this up but I think those coins (as many as possible) all end up owned by the US gov. If making it into a fraud is the way to get that done, that's how it'll go.
This is also my long-term thesis. Iβve got a bet on it. But, im focused on the frothy scrotum jugglers panting at the fud expecting MSTR to die but having no thoughts on the mechanism/procedure that would precipitate that death. Because there isnβt one. They are highly solvent.
Nothing is going to happen. Itβs just fun posting memes.
I haven't seen any good memes on this subject. Please share because I need a laugh.
Greetings and salutations fellow retards.
My bottom line question is this: are digital credit instruments functionally a kind of fractional reserve lending or not or partly or conditionally?
What happens if BTC doesnβt go back up though? π§
Well saylor can sell, dilute, take out more loans, end of the day the whole thing rests with one man's decisions - it's definitely not guaranteed to go back up imo
Not guaranteed at all, I agree.
Nothing is going to happen. It's going to be fine.
Please don't call them "coins," which means a bearer instrument. They are just shares of stock & debt, like all other stocks and debt instruments.
Frothy scrotum jugglers! I love it
I was talking about the bitcoin they hold. Hello, fellow seasteading advocate!
Saylor #2 trillionair to be
π§‘ππ»π
Iβm officially retired so I do not care ππ«‘
Satoshi first.
Does he even have the bitcoin he says he has? I haven't seen proof of reserves on chain so... DON'T TRUST VERIFY
NOT YOUR KEYS NOT YOUR COINS RIGHT!!?
Straight up
whoever gets SAYLOR'S funeral invitation or CHAP11 MSTR filing post here first
Whoa, that could be the plot of a horror movie! I guess on a long enough timeline though, it's inevitable... Unless we make a bigass seastead and Strategy moves there. ;)
Finally, another seasteader on Nostr. I got Elwar to stop by, but he stayed for maybe 20 minutes.
Hey! I want to build a floating international waters condo too!
NIce! We should start some kind of Seasteading club here. I tried once a long, long time ago on Reddit, (https://www.reddit.com/r/ABSea/) maybe it'll stick this time.
Last year I did a deep dive on it but thanks for reminding me to get back into it. It seems like a really cool idea. Itβs like the last frontier of sovereign homesteading.
Being a lawyer is a very useful career for a seasteader. I may need to pick your brain sometime with some hypotheticals if that's cool with you.
Are you guys AnCap already, or do you still have some hope for governments?
US to bail them out and all corn π½ to the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve?
