My 16-year old chihuahua has been acting senile as hell lately, which made me wonder, “do dogs get Alzheimer’s?”
Apparently they do, which makes a lot of sense. Looked through the symptoms and I’m pretty sure she has it. She stares at walls and barks at nothing a lot, gets stuck, forgets where she is, and sometimes barks at me like I’m a stranger.
