IM BACK, BABY!!! MUAHAHAHAAAA The worst squats of my life, and my surgery spot hurts now, but I did it. And I feel something in my left leg - still numb, but something is there. I **_AM_** going to heal 100% !!! Nobody tell the nurses... They'd freak out if they knew I was getting up without supervision and squatting in the 3 feet of space between my wheelchair and the door... Lol, it sure would be funny to see their reaction, though. Still can't feel most of my body, but that tingle in my toes is pure hope. Hmm. Actually kinda annoying hope... I wonder if I messed something up... Nah, F that noise, hydrate. I wanna try some more stuff.

If ever you need physical therapy, after something like a stroke or accident, don't hesitate. Do it. Very worth it. Might be worth making sure insurance will pay for it... Be proactive.

Question for the superusers - on #amethyst, on my phone, sometimes after reading a thread, I swipe to the left to go back, which usually works as expected, but sometimes I see that thread disappear from the timeline, gone without a trace. At first I thought they had just deleted it while I was reading, but now I'm thinking its something else. Am I accidentally blocking people? I do that enough on purpose, and need to do it less.

Just heard some testimony from Maria, who cleans rooms at this rehab place. She got covid back during that covid stuff, and couldn't breathe. Couldn't even feel breath, except pain on inhale. Her church was praying for her, but one night she was sure she was going to die and she prayed for help. Right then, she started getting better. Listening to her was an emotional roller coaster. I'm terrible at this kind of thing - no idea how to comfort someone, and she was near tears.

So this cleaning lady comes by, kinda attractive, nice and asking how I'm doing, and I'm watching TV with my legs kinda curled and one knee up... And after she left, I realized that my nuts were showing and she had a great view. Cuz I'm in this hospital gown... 😂 oops
