I have no facts to back this up but I think those coins (as many as possible) all end up owned by the US gov. If making it into a fraud is the way to get that done, that's how it'll go.

This is also my long-term thesis. I’ve got a bet on it. But, im focused on the frothy scrotum jugglers panting at the fud expecting MSTR to die but having no thoughts on the mechanism/procedure that would precipitate that death. Because there isn’t one. They are highly solvent.
Please don't call them "coins," which means a bearer instrument. They are just shares of stock & debt, like all other stocks and debt instruments.
