Organic Maps is amazing though, it's legitimately better than Google Maps' app in most ways for me. It's something as rare as a highly polished open source app.
They are fiat platforms, of course they gonna rug you... Stop whining and decentralise. It's not as if you didn't know it was coming.
Get with someone who knows how to set up a simply bitcoin relay. Self host all your content there. Use YouTube for short form and only as a way to tell people that this is where they can find the real simply. Teasers and snippets on TheirTube only..

But is missing the user content. Locations are all there but with no reviews one need to go somewhere else to evaluate them. And the reliability of Google maps reviews is probably the best out there.

Ok, that sounds like some solid points of improvement. I haven’t watched the channel much so in no position to refute them.
Still I don’t wish this kind of action against any genuine and honest actor regardless on what stage they are on their bitcoin journey. And yes, I also can’t judge if they’re genuinely trying. But I’ll still give it the benefit of the doubt. Incentives can be strong, and most people are still working and measuring from the old system.
Whether people simp for them is up to them. No shame in trying to muster a counter weight to youtube. Even though the solution will never be as sustainable as a technical one, like Nostr.
