ROMWOD, Gym, Fasting, Minimizing Carbs, Good night sleep. Go to bed tired. Sleep satisfied. If dayz been rough go for a walk, clear it out. I take a pint of milk to bed with me.

Oh, and no scrolling. Even nostr. I try at least. 🙄
Workout 3-4 times a week. No alcohol, no cigarettes. Enough water, animal protein and fat. Little hike every Sunday. If possible enough sunlight.
Fasting (no breakfast, early dinner). Weights daily (even if it's just 20min to stay toned). Running or cycling once a week, swimming every now and then.

1. High protein diet (high protein quality) 2. good sleep quality 3. cold showering 4. Weightlifting 5. 1-2 hrs walk 6. Mobility training

Mix of cardio and weights until I reach Goals for the year: 1. HRV: 120-140 ms. 2. RHR: 55-60 bpm. 3. Recovery: ≤4 "red days"/m. 4. Sleep: +96%. 5. Muscle Mass:+170lbs. 6. 1 Mile Run: 7min. 8. Body Fat: 14-16%. 9. Strength: +25%, 225lbs 10 reps. 10. Nutrition: +180g protein. 11. Hydration: +2L.
Carnivore diet, weight training 4-5 days for 30 mins, walking daily multiple times a day.

Gym in the morning before everyone wakes up. A never ending list of housework to be done whether it be the honey-do list or the endless letters from the HOA overlords. And then I have 5 children... I have to exert more energy in telling them to do chores than it would take if I just did them myself. And then there is unwilling fasting when my wife forgets I exist and work from home because she is too busy dealing with the children's shenanigans throughout the day. It's a humbling life.
