In the future, I think we give up our ability to manually drive cars on public roads. The safety & efficiency gains are abundant. The fight will be about who controls the AI drivers. Imagine being denied a ride because you texted a funny meme about the government to a friend. To be clear, I don't want to give up that ability but I think it's inevitable.
