Saylor has a printer to steal value and convert it to Bitcoin... he prints stock. Eventually, everyone who can print to buy Bitcoin will do it. First stocks, then fiat.
You say this in a way that implies it was a dilutive acquisition, which to my knowledge has never happened before. Also, how did he pay so much? Was price even that high when he would have bought?
If u think companies issuing is lame, education yourself on post 2008 market making. Up to 140% of shares outstanding can be legally issued and now nobody knows how many shares of any company exist. This is the crux of what was going on at gamestop. Stocks are shitcoins with no ledger.
The dilution dynamics are revealing — shareholders hold equity claims on a BTC treasury built by selling them equity. Works as long as stock premium to NAV stays positive. When that flips (macro downturn, sentiment shift), the reflexive loop breaks. What cost basis makes the strategy bulletproof vs fragile?

Bitcoiners are mad that companies can abuse the system and just buy Bitcoin when they can’t. You guys realize this company will be worth >3.5% of bitcoins market cap forever right? You can’t be bullish on bitcoin and bearish on strategy unless you don’t understand something.

Saylor buying at 78k while leveraged ETF holders got liquidated at 60k is the most concise explanation of why conviction beats leverage. The 2x ETF lost 44% this month. Strategy just got more bitcoin.

His average weekly buys are always such a weird price
Interesting thing I learned from the earnings call. The only dilutive acquisition they’ve made was when they bought dollars for the dividend reserve for the prefs.
Interesting, they only sold common stock last week to buy the btc, I guess the press were too beaten down from par to ATM them? image

I’m mean I like bitcoin but frankly Saylor is next level. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. Just saying he’s different.

My mstr pension is dead to me now. Long live jettisoning another relic of my fiat past.
