Joe, i just got home after dancing at a music festival after a hard day at work. I’m not sure i can do much other than sit and do nothing right now 😩
When I remeber, I tell myself to stand still for 10 mins, and admittedly, do neck stretches (very light, nowt strenuous). But as a way to take 10 mins off and just think of shit. It's amazing the internal fight I have, just to stick to it and do (almost) nothing for 10 mins.

After a few minutes, I started to replay an old Joe Nakamoto episode in my head. Please take that as a compliment. 😄
It was good, I still thought about some things, but sitting and doing nothing is powerful, it slows you down. I'll tell you what differences I notice in my day. GM 🌞

This is one of the beauties of being an angler. You get to head out into nature with a fishing pole and you can sit and do nothing and contemplate existence in the beautiful world.

I sat zazen for 40 minutes at 5 AM. Never regret it.
This is the third sign I've gotten to do this today. I think the universe is trying to tell me something... lol
