Monday morning, a new week begins. 🧡 We’re stepping into this new week with nothing but good vibes. The weekend was filled with beautiful moments with the children, and we’re carrying that energy with us into the days ahead. A new week means new goals, but our mission remains the same: impact lives, educate and support. Now tell us, how did you spend your weekend? And what do you have planned for this new week?

Our hearts are with the people of Barcelona affected by the devastating floods this weekend. We have seen what happened, and we can only imagine the pain and fear many families are going through right now. We may not have the reach or resources to be there physically and help those affected, but if we could, we would. After the conversations, the education and the fun, it was finally time to give the children their food. We were supposed to deliver 24 meals today, but once we arrived and saw the need, we ended up serving 61 meals in total. One by one, the children came to get their food, water and juice. Some were waiting in line, others had already received their meals, and at some point we were all eating together. We were able to pay the full bill for 30 meals, and the restaurant kindly gave us a reduction for another 10 meals. This means that we still have 21 meals to pay for. We couldn't just stop at 24 when we saw how many children were there. We shared the meals first, and now we need your help to settle the remaining bill. One meal is 6,500 sats. Before we started serving the children, while we were preparing the meals, an elderly woman came to us and we served her. What touched me the most was the smile and gratitude she showed us. Here, you can see Mother Barbie handing her a meal. It was the first meal we served that day, and seeing how happy she was reminded us why we need to keep doing what we do. The need is real, and together we brought a smile to someone who needed it.
